Great colors, the chestnut of the coat and the green reflection in the eye really work. I do wish that the eyelash in the foreground was in focus but I still really like it.

This is just gorgeous! The eye is so glassy--like the surface of a mirror, yet it manages to hold its essential "horseiness." Does that make sense? Surely, the softness of the rim and the eyelashes--that would make JLo weep--help.

And the color, which I am a mesmerized by, and which is so wisely--or by luck--hued in the background, is heavenly.

Whew, just spit it out already! I always take forever to compose my sentences...AND shots!

I can see this sold as a stock image and Jaguar pasting one of their flashy cars in this lovely eye. Don't do it! ;0)

I don't know how I feel about the focus placement but it is close enough that the image still holds together and overall it grabs my eye and holds my interest.

Love the reflection in the eye. This one jumped right out of the thumbnails at me.

Always love a horses eye! Wish there was a bit more depth in this though. Would have been all 5's if the lashes had been in focus too. Good marks anyways (but not perfect marks).
