I guess a few details regarding location etc. are in order: It was shot in July 2005 in Paris on the "backside" of La Grande Arche (do a image search on Google to see more shots of this architectonic giant). A kind of glass sculpture is placed there, and the image was shot through it. I believe the people are businessmen on a lunch break - the area surrounding La Grande Arche is called "La Defense" and is sort of a financial district in Paris.

I haven't been online during the weekend, so sorry for my late response.
