This is an unusual and fun scene. I've never gotten a chance to shoot ice sculpture, so that alone gives you big style points in my book. I am bothered by the lights at the bottom of the frame. As some other Weekly Shooters might say, some judicious cropping is in order. Aside from that, I love this.

This is neat. Would have been a fabulous image if you could have made a tighter frame and eliminated the background.
