I like this image but think that perhaps a little less grass to look through might have made it really stand out.

Congratulations on this image that borders on a painting. Striking and subtle at the same time, which is a difficult feeling to achieve in photography.

I like the idea of this theme, Looking Through, and subjectively I respond to this picture. The foreground layers have to be looked through to 'find' the indistinct subject - reminding me that we have to learn to look through many layers before we can begin to see something (beyond the aesthetic) - Ceci n'est pas ....
