Very lovely feeling you've got going here. And humorous. And the framing is lovely. I feel like I'm standing right next to her. My only nitpick is the divet out of the lower fence, to the left of her snout (her right). Could you please fix that? (I'm kidding, of course. About the "fixing it" part, anyway.) Also, I don't know if you use PS, but if so, did you try selecting just the horse and working on levels/curves? Seems like you might be able to bring out more detail and contrast. Just a thought. Overall a lovely shot, and your relationship with the animal is really evident.

Nice one, Tracy. I figured it was you :-)

Ah George, "his" name is Big Bad Billy, but he has been gelded so the she reference probably won't upset him. ;)
Funnily enough I thought about fixing the fence and then opted not to. (that's my husbands job.) I did however play with the curves, but I will do some more experimenting when I get a chance. He is an extremely photogenic horse as he always has this interested or connected expression on his face.

This is very cool! Wish there were a bit more fence on the bottom, but a great shot! ha ha. I love it!

Clearly looking through. Love those eyes.

To bad the horse doesn't really make eye contact. That is, for my feeling it looks over my shoulder..
