i feel like i've seen this image before, and i think it was done better. you should color correct this shot, and sharpen it quite a bit.

Well, she (he???) is looking up, no doubt... But this picture doesnt make me go on with the story or think about what might have happened.

She also seems to me to be slightly out of focus.

well, actually the title of the photo is "why not?" as she was whining for a cookie/sweet/tv/whatever which she wasn't allowed..
