What were you going for in the processing here?

Very effective colours against the dark background.

i had to give it a five in relevance not because i'm a patriot or anything, but it's not just "looking up", and yet it is!
where it didn't score well was in the composition, since the empty space on the right bothers me! that little white twirl (cloud maybe) doesn't really fill that gap, so if i were you i'd crop it, and make the picture look more interesting!
