i can't tell really where i'm looking. is this even looking up? i guess it is because of the trees, but i find myself disoriented.

Because of the perspective, it's tough for me to tell if this is looking up. I can certainly see the sky and trees above, but in some regard it seems that I am looking parallel to the ground.

Lucky to be living near huge CA Redwoods, I'm ASSUMING this shot is taken from within one of their hollows looking up, which seems perfectly relevant to the theme. I guess I'm one of those people who likes this sort of "looking up" image.

Then again, I may be totally off mark. Now, I'm curious.

Nice idea but the heavy and visible PS to fix the lighting really spoils it for me.

This is a great perspective. I really like the details in the side of the cliff. Wish it hadn't gotten washed out on the right side.
