Nice capture of a geometric pattern that we miss seeing although its in plain sight.

King said 573 days ago:

You have the perspective. Now a photograph of a bicycle wheel, if shot with a wide angle lens and a similar perspective, would look a lot like this. I think someone should do that...probably myself, since my main talent is mimicry.

Well done. High marks.

I like the mystery. Looks like a ferris wheel and a bike.

i'm definitely looking up!

This is a really wonderful perspective and image. The tones add so much to an already interesting piece. Extremely well done and aces across from me.

What is it? Maybe my disorientation is a good thing?

eszpee said 572 days ago:

love the london eye! :)

SeekingFocus said 572 days ago:

eszpee got it right.

It's looking up at the London Eye. And King, I thought the same thing (about making a similar shot of a bicycle wheel), but you should go for it. I'd love to see.

Thanks for the high ratings and comments... everything except image quality. Ahem. It's tough working with film in a digital world! =)

Great perspective. Did you try it in color?

SeekingFocus said 572 days ago:

@kadenajack

Yes, actually the original shot is in color. You can see it here if you're interested:

I wasn't sure which version to go with, but for some reason I though the BW had more impact.

King said 570 days ago:

I like the b/w version. I'm too busy to photograph my bicycle turned upside down. I this shot were featured and I had one shot left to upload, I probably would. I'd probably give it a flat tire first, to get a laugh.

Indeed, it's a lot of work being the WS antagonizer isn't it? Better get to work!
