I like the sharpness of this and the building elements are interesting. However, the tilted perspective is frustrating. I can't decide how to hold my head when I try to look at it. Also, I want to be able to see farther up the right side.

The siding on the right makes it hard to look at for me.

I find myself looking at this picture crooked because I want it to be straight. While obvioously canted intentionally, I am not a fan of this technique.

If you think that the right-hand side of this building tilts to the right is it because it does! The camera isn't even that tilted and I don't think you should think too hard about which way you should be looking at it. Look at it the way I did - straight up and the rest will fit in! Modern architecture - isn't it great fun :-)
