I have the "Pigeon on Head of Argentine Hero Statue" that would have been my fourth submission. Now this offbeat photo comes along and makes me smile.

Guessing the photographer seems to be bad form on WS (because we are so often wrong), although it usually comes with high praise.

So here's some praise without a guess. Let's see now...

Looks like he's a popular spot for the birds. What is that platform thing, there? I like the inclusion of it in the shot, but I wish the tip of that corner were in, and not off the page.
