Very nice shot! As much as I dislike gulls, they are certainly graceful flyers. I like how this is framed. High marks.

This is a nice seagull photo. I know it's hard to get a good clear exposure when they're moving, so good job on that. However, familiarity is causing me to rate this a little lower than I might otherwise since I see this shot just about every day.

Of course, this picture meets the objective of the theme, but seems to lack any special characteristic to separate it from being yet another picture of a seagull. I do think the framing and composition is nice and the blue color of the sky is well rendered.
