When looking up, I usually can't see the ground, other than that it's a great image!

For me I dont feel this portrays "look up" that well...

I like this image. It's a little low on relevance since the perspective is more of a wide shot city-scape than a "look up." However, the shot is composed and exposed well and I like just about anything with light trails.

Not sure this is such a "looking up" shot, but it is a great shot of Front Street and the Iron Building!

This is a great shot, but it isn't really looking up as much as it is looking forward at a tall city. Love the trails and the long exposure effects.

This is a great long exposure shot that is well composed and executed. But I have no real sense that I am "looking up"

I rated average for relevance only based on there being no outstanding feature that is higher than the others and that it is rather horizontal in view.
It is a great image tho, exposure and lighting are well done, 4's across the board in all other areas.

This is a great shot, but for me it misses the real 'looking up' aspect as you're positioned a bit too far away.

Nice night time shot, which reminds me of Chicago, although I don't recognize the flat building in the foreground. I think this could use a somewhat tighter crop (bottom and sides) and some straightening. It probably isn't knocking folks over with its Relevance, but I like this photo.
