I can tell the clouds are moving ant it was night, but because the bottom half of the image is too busy for me, it loses some impact and composition points.

I love the effect of long exposure plus those moving clouds. Also, the colorful lights on the buildings look great here, and it's tough to do thatwith mixed artificial light sources so nice job!

@Pursang: The lights at the bottom was the only light source and i did capture it intentionally. Besides just capturing the clouds wouldn't have created the whole scale effect.

Have never thought about a shot like this...very cool idea to have the clouds exploding from the city with a long exposure.
