I really like the image. There just isn't anything here that clearly shouts "long exposure" at me. I guess you had to have used one, but I think this theme is looking for things that "show off what a long exposure can do" and I don't see anything like that here. Just a nicely composed sharp image.

As someone who likes photographing dark city alleys at night, I love this!
