I like a lot the colors and the effect you get from your long shutter speed.
I'm not so sure about composition though. I like the diagonal of the waterflow, but having the image turned upside down is quite disturbing and makes me feel like there is something not quite right...

Awesome. This is probably one of the best examples of a long exposure in terms of creating an image of something that would not exist otherwise.

Dunno who said it, but it goes something like this:

"Take a picture of something, and you've frozen a moment of something that exists. Make a long exposure, and you've created something that was never there."
