great idea. i think shooting it from another angle would be a good idea. and for me this photo (though it has lines in it) is more about the man crossing the field than the lines themselves.

Somebody need to tell him NOT to put lines there, he'll ruin the lovely pattern! As an ex-rugby player I can absolutely appreciate this!

Nice. I'm glad someone did a football field. I considered it, but I didn't have one without a game on it. The only thing I would have changed here was the depth of field. I don't think it needed to be so shallow since the guy stands out so well against the background anyway. I know that's nitpicking, but that's the way I see it.
