I love the symmetry of this, and how the left wall and the right wall are different. This would be a cool shot at night, with the MOOON out there to off balance the lines. What are those colours up there?

psychodudu said 590 days ago:

Thanks for dropping in. The colours are actually discs of colour deliberately placed on the glass roof to create effects within the walkway leading to the platform of the station. Cool idea, I thought...

I'd love to hear why this is low on technique?

psychodudu said 589 days ago:

And how many more lines does an image need to get a 5 for relevance...LOL? Very amusing!

The problem with leaving comments for people that haven't left comments is obvious.... :)

Probably low on technique because the lighting is just too tricky in a building with dark walls and a lighted ceiling. There's no good way to shoot this because you can't set your camera to two different settings. The beams of the ceiling seem blown out, while the side walls are dark.
As for the relevance thing, I gave it a high score. (4, I think). I saw a comment on a photo that said there were TOO MANY lines. Go figure.
I posted a glass roof, also, and it got a 3 for relevance. It was nothing BUT lines. Maybe the folks here just don't dig glass roofing!

Looks like I'm the last to go up before the switch, that really is an honour. That's a real buzz...lol.
