There are definitely lines all over this. However, since power lines are one of my least favorite things in the world, since they mar so many great photographic opportunities, I can't rate this very high. Take away the power lines and we're left with an average photo of an uninteresting window, which does in fact feature lines in the panes, but they don't deserve to be featured.

I know in this week's challenge, I found it hard to post anything that was both full of relevant lines and remained interesting photographically. I think perhaps you were in the same boat and in trying to be thematically relevant, you resorted to this shot. I empathize, but I'm still rating the shot low.

Like everything except the shadow lines crossing the window. Think it takes away from the interesting simple subject.

For me,
More simple = more pleasing.
Less simple = less pleasing.

But that's just my taste...really. This may be a big turn on for some other folks and it fits the theme nicely.
