Seems altogether too blurry. I like blurry shots in amny cases, but the blurriness here seems more like it is due to being handheld when you really wanted to use a tripod but didn;t feel like going back to the car to get it. Also, the completely overexposed light right in the middle of the fram detracts from the rest of the shot.

I think this is some sort of fountain, and it is a nice concept....and with some minort improvements to technique, would make a very cool abstract.

As is, I don' think the lines are prevalent enough.

thanks, you're right, I should have used the tripod but kept it as I liked the light/reflections even if the technique wasn't spot on. it's the fountain in front of the Swiss Parliament in Bern, Switzerland by the way.
