Thanks for the comments so far. This was my attempt to correct some of the faults with this image as submitted at #15 in this theme. 5 more ratings until I'll know if I improved it or not.

I know this is better technically cleaned up, but to me, knowing that this was taken on a very foggy night it loses a little something.
