This is great; A simple and effective response to the theme. That window sure makes some cools reflected shadows. I'd be interested to know more about the building? Church? Prison? Medieval Hot Dog Stand?

Philip, this is a shot from Alcatraz Island's 'Sunset Blvd.' prison section cell block D. It faces directly West toward the Golden Gate Bridge. Solitary confinement is housed on this cell block. I took the shot during the night tour of Alcatraz Island just at sunset. Thanks for the comments and my favorite hot dog stand is on the corner of Pine and Montgomery in SF!

Mark, this is a powerful image. The golden reflection in contrast to the monotone window itself is somehow powerful, given the Sunset Blvd. metaphor. I also submitted a photo for this theme from Alcatraz that you commented on (I was surprised that you didn't recognize it was from your neck of the woods).
Excellent work with this minimalist yet powerful interpretation of the theme...I'm glad to see WS folks are willing to see the strength in this photo.
