I very much enjoy the fellow's smile. I presume he is a pizza maker. The reflection across his face... I am not sure if you mean it to be there for a purpose, but for me it dimishes some of the joy. I like knowing he is behind glass and I do get that sense from your image.

I like the subject and composition. I'm not sure what the lighting effect is on the man's face.

He threw a hand full of baking flour towards me...that's what's causing the lighting across his face. Thanks for the comments...

Hey, who cannot enjoy an image of a happy chef? The environment is reflective of the subject yet not obstrusive. I had to take a second look to realize that the cook was tossing whatever was in his hand. I like it!

That's a very interesting motion blur. I also like that you've included his work area and tools of the trade, instead of going with a shallow DOF.
