Overall, I enjoy the whimsical idea behind the "Joy" bistro. However, unfortunately for me, the impact is dimished by the shaded light levels of the sign itself. The sign did not seem the focus until I looked for a significant period of time. I like the female in the image! But I feel her brightness in COMPARISON to the sign makes the image send a mixed idea.

That's a little too literal for me. I can read the name, but it would have been really fun to get a person to be really happy under the sign.

Unfortunately the focus is on the woman, rather than the sign.
