While I love the concept the blurred car and the really blurred people ruin this image for me. A tighter crop that included just the four people in the center of the image would be perfect I think.

Hmm, I'm on the fence re: joyful on this one. While they're smiling, it seems too routine/automatic. I think I would've cropped this shot where you've blurred it, since those parts really aren't adding to the composition...they're actually slightly distracting.
