Yes, I feel the joy! Really nice color palette here. Its wonderful how the color of the dog matches the trees and weeds. A VERY nice 1st entry.

A good shot, with a lot of impact, but I'm not sure that I'd have thought that this conveyed joy had it not been entered for this theme.

Having read other people's comments it appears I'm in a minority, so just ignore me - clearly I don't know a joyful dog when I see one ;-)

Not much is more joyful than dogs in snow! I like this but I think it would be better if it wasn't quite as tight a crop (with the paw and the ear almost touching the edge of the frame)- but it's a great capture of a difficult subject.
