This is clearly a shot taken at night, but I'm not left with a strong feeling of that, perhaps because there doesn't seem to be a strong subject. Or maybe I'm missing something?

I feel like there really isn't anything happening in the picture. It's a nice crisp black and white, I just don't have anything to focus on.
