I really like this...the rushing river anchored by the railing is almost dizzying. Very nice.

Is this really in the "Midnight Hour". It seems more like dusk or dawn. I can tell there is an overhead light but I'm confused as to how everything in the background is well lit.

Not quite midnight, but it was as dark as it got that night. It's called the "moon", and it was just past full.
