This really captures the mood well. For the life of me I can't imagine why the two women have their arm on him. Are they propping him up? Holding him back? Making overtures? Not knowing and getting to guess is what makes this shot fun.

The motion blur of the light on the right man's face gives it a nice drunken feel, as does the overall tilt of the shot.

Too bad the expression of the guy on the right is obscured by the bright light. It would be interesting to see. It almost looks like the fella on the left is being restrained, although his smile implies he's in a good mood. Interesting shot. Doesn't quite hit the relevance for me, but you've caught a compelling mood and tone here.
