t's a really cool building, and the moon just above it gives it an almost regal sense. To me the motion blur light in front of it actually detracts from the overall impact. I also wish the image was cropped in a way that the right side of the building was straight in alignment with the right edge of the image, although I can see how the left would seem to be leaning too far.

There seems to be a lot going on here, but then again I'm not quite sure what the main subject is. The building? The moon? The streaks of head/tail lights? I think if you isolated one element this might be a stronger image.
