Highlights are very blown out. Framing/cropping is disturbing, but that my be your intent?

I'm guessing a self portrait. For me, it seems an odd lighting choice. It looks like one of the glass lens is foggy. Are you smoking?

He is smoking a cigarette, its not me... For whatever reason I like the intense crop and highlights, but I figured I'd be alone in that.
