Image has some messy bits in it - on the right and left borders - I'd just PS those out to clean it up.

The red is nicely juxtaposed with the snow - I'm not sure that it is ice though.

Nicely composed and executed picture. While it has a cool appearance, I don't get "ice" from it. The darker are arounbd the plant helps to fram the shot well.

Great shot... I like the simplicity and the color against the white.

I bet people will consider this more of a "snow" shot instead of an "ice" one, though.

Regardless, I really like it.

I don't see any ice - sorry, just see snow! It's a shame about the distracting bits on the right hand side as I actually love the simplicity of this photo.

I really love the minimalist nature of the image... it says snow a bit more to me than ice, but still a very nice image

Nice, but a little more attention to composition could have made it better. I would have recommended moving a bit left so the plants move right and the dark spot halfway up the right edge would disappear. A lower camera angle would also help, assuming that wouldn't introduce clutter to the background. Finally, more texture in the snow would increase the relevance to this category.
