The sweep of the ice brings the impact to your feet - literally. I have the feeling that taking this phot was difficult whilst standing on the ice. There is a raw feel to the day.

derLITOGRAPH: Slowly. :) Actually, I walk around it, up on the pine needles. This is the lower half of our driveway and it ices up like this every spring when the snow melts. Driving on it is fun, too. :)

This is really a gorgeous image. The relevance may be bantered about as the ice blends into the overall image - but there is a really great feel.
