The abstract nature of this is a little beyond me
regarding help.
But the color and contrast between the lotto sign and the beggars basket(rich+poor)is wonderful.

I'm not sure why the selective colour here, I find it distracting from the impact of the image.

I really love the juxtaposition of the cart which contains(to me) the life of a homeless person next to the lottery sign. I think if I had done this image I would have cloned out the top left as I find it takes the eye away from the sign a bit.
