Overall a pretty good shot. I think the ripples in the water are bright and a bit distracting.

Wrong place at the wrong time? I like the composition in this shot, but it's all a little too bright. Some tweaking of curves or levels to tone down those highlights would be good.

Thanks for your comments. This is a recent shot of the floods here in England. He's standing on a wall and it is quite deep there but he didn't really need any help. He walked the wall back to higher ground.
