Very interesting take on the theme. Though I'm not sure it quite makes it for me. I really find myself having to stretch to get there. Nice frame nonetheless.

Because it's a black & white, one can't tell if the tree is burnt or not. I'm assuming it's burnt because of the theme. The impact isn't strong for me.

Agi: It's not a tree, it's a picnic-table with burnt planks from a bbq.
