The image looks like a frame from a video (see the black outline around the cuff of the white shirt). The image itself is well composed and a good choice of subject but there the image quality is too big a distraction.

I like the colors, but this image looks highly pixelated. Is it cropped from a much larger image?

You nailed it Flatline. I just joined the group on Monday and this was the only thing I had around. Yes it is HIGHLY cropped from a much wider image that shows both figures and a sign advertising Hand Reading. I posted the orginal shot on my blog last week.

I don't know the source of the black outline around the white shirt. This is not the edge of any sort of selection.
