A different shot than I'm used to. I like the light and shadows. I'm not sure I like the positioning of the hands... but that might be because the whole image seems a little top heavy to me. The negative space at the bottom pushes the subject up a bit to high, in my opinion.

Overall, I think this works nicely. :)

To me, the image does not say "hands", but instead says hairy individual. A strong image, though. And, the lighting works very well.

Yes, he is a hairy man for sure, but he's a very good model. Meet Peter, the hairiest man in Coolum, Australia. The things I like best about it are the separation between the subject and the background, the opposing light and dark on Peter's hands, and the composition. It's not top heavy to my eye at all.

I think this is funny because it looks so much like a Baris (digitalpeace) self-portrait. Baris would often photograph himself to illustrate almost any theme. Here's one:

If I was as hairy as this guy, there's no way I'd do a self portrait. I'd be too busy getting a full body wax :)
