I've tried really hard to see the relevance in this, but for me the hands really aren't the focal point. However, I'm sure that most will disagree. It is an interesting image nonetheless.

It is unclear what the focal point is in this image. I also don't necessarily like images of other pieces of art, as it seems to plagiarize someone's work.

... I stand forewarned now. From now onwards, I’ll keep that in mind, when I'm taking photographs of "Statue of Liberty", "Eiffel tower", "Sphinx", and other similar structures or photographs of other facades, frescoes, gargoyles, and murals on buildings! ...

... this photograph was taken at the site of a temple building which was under construction. The building is very decorative with statues and frescoes at the corners and walls around. Here are some sample photographs from the same site along with the original (#4) from where I cropped the entry photograph (link: http://www.pinebelthosting.com/others/construction/).

(P.S. – Looking back I do agree. This entry was out of place and not up to mark for the current theme. I’ll be more thoughtful in future. Thanks for all the comments)

Monet was wrong to paint that cathedral (again and again). It was someone else's work.
