It says more than just hands which is good but not too good to score in relevance.
What is the left hand doing?

The hands show lots of movement and of course the image is very sensual. But the hands become secondary for me because of the garment. I really like her left fingers pinching the strand.

oh, forgot to mention

this was a study for hands figure
and needed the hands to do something. so we took the corset and played a bit with it :-)

Do you know the Steiglitz photos of Georgia O'Keeffe? Was this influenced by Steiglitz, as it appears to have been?

I went to look at the 'full frame' shot, and that one gives me a better idea of what this is all about. Honestly, I thought this was a VERY old woman, or a man behind a corset. The processing (IMO) is very unbecoming to the model.
