I like the movement in this shot. Its neat how it feels like the hands are having a conversation... or you can tell from the hands that the person is having a conversation. Nice image!

I like the feeling that is conveyed of someone telling a story and talking with their hands. The toning works well too. I do find the whites to be a bit too hot but it is a minor nit overall.
