okay, this might sound VERY weird, but I really (really) wish her hands were symmetrical. Her thumbs? The fact that they're not the same makes me really study all the differences. Now, maybe that's a good thing, cause I'm sitting here looking at the photograph....and maybe that's a bad thing, cause I'm sitting here looking at the photograph. hee hee.
okay, so that's a slight composition thing. otherwise, it's great.

I like this picture in all areas but quality... not sure what went wrong but probably a bit too much with the sharpening? A softer touch would be so much better.

Now I've missed my chance completely! I had sweet talked my wife into letting me post a photo like this, but with my hands, her bosoms. Shhhhh. Don't tell her about this image and maybe she'll pose for me anyway.

This is totally delightful and well done. It has put a smile on my face and a spring in my step. Those look like musician's hands, by the way.

I see what appear to be sharpening artifacts along the outline of the hands where they meet the black fabric.

Minor point. High marks.

Aside from the two major strengths of this photo, I really like the old-fashioned looking dress...it gives this an even more bawdy "feel".

Thanks everyone. It only took about 200 shots before we settled on this one. Either I really suck at this, or my camera is just not focusing quite right. I had a devil of a time getting a nice sharp focus, and I'm not even sure I accomplished that here even after doing some photoshop sharpening.

Any suggestions for improvement of technique? FYI this was shot at 1/30th - F/5 - 1600 ISO - 35-80mm at 57mm. No flash, light sources were a hall light up and left of frame and a lamp a little further away to the right of frame. I did try a few with flash, but they were too flat looking, which is certainly not what you want for this subject matter.

Regarding the focus, sharpness, etc. Did you, by any change, have a little drink or two before the shoot?

Nope, I was stone sober. I've been noticing the lack of sharpness in many of my images. I don't know if I'm moving too much or if there's an issue with the camera. I bumped this one up to 1600 ISO just so I wouldn't have the movement issue, but it's still not very sharp in my opinion.
