I've studied ceramics...why didn't this good idea occur to me? Good work here--hands of the craftsman, pulling up the sides of the pot. Pleasing textures and tones and adequate sharpness.

Thanks for all the kind comments. I loved this shot the second I took it. The pottery my wife creates is slowly filling the house, so I figured why not photograph the process in action.

Hey, thanks for the feature! I'm sure you all know how it is to take tons of photos but every so often one comes that you know is special. (not to sound ego or anything). I love looking at this shot and it's nice to see the process of her work as well as the result around the house. Glad I could share it with you all.
