very good find. the lighting must have been tough to deal with.
it has an (ever so slight) tilt to it.

Thanks Ana. The lighting was tricky....and yeah...I agonized over that wee bit of distortion and couldn't get it quite right. ;)

I used the "lens distortion" tool in CS2. Is that what you mean or something else?

I just make a copy of my shot, go to image>transform>skew, then tug a bit to get the lines right.
I just tried with this shot, and three little moves and it's totally great!

I like this one, there is a lot to look at!! With my scroll bar I cropped off the top right at the end of the central pipe. Seems to have more impact like that, it becomes somewhat abstract and your eye reads the graffiti better. Is this sunset light or a color treatment??
