This piece has that overall impact that a individual wants to create which can easily grab the viewer's attention and hold it, pulling their eyes in to study it further.

Thanks everyone, this is one of my faves. It was taken a couple of years back when I was just starting photography and I keep meaning to do a re-shoot with my DSLR to see if I can improve it.
