Overall a very nice image of a "brownstone" style building/home. I can see the attempt at "Ghost" with the blurred image of the person, yet for me the type of blurring that is present does not convey a sense of otherworldly-ness or ghostliness, but instead conveys movement and action. There are other blurring possibilities that would be more ghostly to me, but this one doesn't seem a really strong fit.
