The part I like the ost is that it is very clear, not streaky like most time lapse photos.

i would have cropped out the road and cropped in more sky. i would have put the ghost as a b&w shadow only in the exact same tone as the tree shadow
and there's a disturbing lens flare in the upper right corner that's disturbing i think.

The composition and half-exposure technique is very good, but the whole feel of the scene doesn't really scream 'ghostliness' to me.
