Seems to combine "dream" and "geometry" in one. I like the color and the sense of almost falling into it, but I'm confused as to what it is and there's a feeling it's been worked a lot to achieve the look, which it may not have been but it just has that appearance.

It took a few viewings of this one to decide if I felt it met the theme, I really like the image, I think it's quite beautiful. In the end I think it works well, has a nice organic feel to the geometric figures. Nice.

Excellent photograph. A couple of weeks ago, I was standing at the base of a Shaker staircase wondering just how a person could photograph it and have it look different from the other millions who stood there. Now I know. Great job.

thank you so much! the picture is quite authentic, and hasn't really been altered in any way. I like this shot very much as well, it's one of my earliest shots and a definite favourite.

Well, I'm interested in how it's done- but my philosophy doesn't give credit or discredit to the process (whether it's pre-shot processing with filters or aperture/shutter selection, or in-camera processing with film selection or digital settings from the camera, or post-processing with PS, or even a capture of a strange image such as a reflection).

You know, the end-result is what counts for the viewer when the day ends. So, I don't really agree with George but can appreciate what he's saying.

Quite a fabulous photograph no matter how it's done.
