Reminds of the movie "The Iron Giant"...only in the movie, the "Giant" was single....now, it appears that he's married with a child. Nice.

I came across this cardboard family at an exhibition hall in Brisbane last year. This old guy made them, and he had lots more, a policeman on a motorbike, and a big boat with crew. It was great stuff, but I just loved the simplicity of this "family" sitting alone in a stairwell.

They were found at QPAC (Queensland Performing Arts Center), this time last year at a kid's festival. They were very calm and patient subjects :)
