My eye is immediately attracted to the shoes that obviously are in need of a pair of feet. Not bad.

This is actually a relfection in a shop window. the legs of the person walking past is a reflection and the shoes are inside the shop.

For me, the shoes are the focus.... the shoes in the center of the image. Unfortuantely for me they do not say "feet" but "shoes". I like the texture of the image. The technique of everything being slightly out of focus except the shoes is very interesting (how did you do it?). The glass brick that appears in the sidewalk is very interesting as well.
